Good morning and Happy October!! We are posting our DT Call for our new start in January. We need a few new DT Members. We would love to have you join our team.
We are switching over from a Bi-Weekly challenge to a Monthly Challenge. The challenges will start on the 10th of each month. The challenge will close on the 9th of the next month, the day before the new challenge begins.
We will have a winner for each sponsor and those will be drawn by using Random.Org and our DT Favorites as well. Each DT Member will be responsible for choosing their favorite and doing a small write up about why you like that entry. The Winner and DT Favorites will be posted on the 20th of each month.
As a DT Member, you will be responsible for getting in your creations by the 1st of each month and your DT Picks will need to be completed by the 15th of each month. You will be responsible for that one (1) creation each month and your DT Favorite Pick. You will also need to make sure that your post coincides with the blog post on the 10th of each month at 6 am EST. On that post, you will need to include a link to each sponsor to help us promote them. Our belief is that promoting the sponsors is one of our top priorities. If it wasn't for them, we would not be able to offer prizes to those that enter into our challenges.
We are a no stress, no drama Design Team. Please leave your drama at the door. You will have plenty of time to create your projects and submit your Favorites Picks. All that we ask is that you get that done as quickly as you can so that the blog posts can be ready to go.
What do you get? You will get images to create with from our sponsors. Some sponsors allow us to share the images within the team, while others do not. We expect you to honor what the sponsors request of us. Each sponsor is trusting us with their products and it is important for us to honor them as an artist and ensure that trust remains. You will get to be on a great team who is very supportive with some of the greatest team members on the web. You will have a link to your blog on each of our Challenge posts.

It is not a requirement that you have been on a Design Team.. so no worries on that! :)
